These guidelines are intended to facilitate the implementation of the challenge in your classroom.
Sign up to Participate in the Challenge
To sign up to participate in the challenge please submit the registration form. Please include your grade level, location and any other information you would like to share about your classroom.
After you submit your registration you will be issued a class code and other needed information that will provide access to all the challenge activities for your class.

Challenge Outline
The challenge will be completed in 5 weekly sessions as outlined in the challenge calendar. Each lesson can be completed in about 30 - 45 minutes. You do not need to participate in all sessions to participate in the challenge and you can adjust the time line to fit the needs of your classroom. Detailed lesson plans with links to the corresponding student activities are available in lesson plans.
Use the Teacher Exchange
To collaborate with other classrooms, setup concurrent exchanges and to clarify or adjust your challenge participation
Students will use the Student Gateway
Directions and student friendly tutorials are available in the Student Gateway.
Showcase
Share project experiences and student projects. The Showcase uses Flickr to share videos and images. Access to the Probability Challenge Flickr account will be provided to teachers when they sign up for the project.
